Rotary Dryer Kiln

The main element in the manufacturing process of LC3 is the rotary kiln. IPIAC´s rotary kiln is compose of metalic body lines inside with refractory materials. In the kiln has a pre-heater and calcination of clay between 600-800 ºC. The running of the rotary kiln is based on the principle of reflux: the raw material move agaisnt the flow of hot gases, are heated by the burner, and then, after having entered in the burner flame zone, they calcined.
